UCB Technometal, s.r.o. is certified for quality management according to ISO 9001 and 14001.
Measurements
Our products are subject to strict inter-operational and output control – we have a measurement protocol for each order, for piece and prototype production for each piece. All documentation is archived for a long time.
To carry out this inspection we have at our disposal a roughness gauge SJ-210, an altimeter calipers, gauges and special measuring instruments. We mainly use Mitutoyo gauges. All gauges are rigorously calibrated to meet quality standards in external calibration laboratories.
We have a separate 3D coordinate measuring laboratory for the Mitutoyo Crysta- Apex S9166 with a measuring range of 900x1600x800. At this workplace, on request, we carry out measurements with an automatic 3D probe with proper output protocols, for which the accuracy of up to two microns can be guaranteed.

For quality control of our products and materials we provide:
